Everything was perfect, amiable stuff made our stay fine. The room was brand-new and decent sized had all we needed, it was complete with the shower, jacuzzi and the blinds.

We had a really nice stay in terms of customer service and staffs behaviours.

The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, we ordered fresh dishes. Its location a couple of blocks away from Casa dos Monteiros was stunning. The hotel was a right place for enjoying a very quiet area.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

The staff were courteous and were very good . Housekeeping staff diligently cleaned our room every day, we always had fresh towels and coffee.

The pool area needed attention. It often showed grime at the waterline, and service at the on-site restaurant was notably slow.

Had a braw time here with cracking staff who made the stay extra special! The rooftop pool was a pure delight for a dip in the heat. The breakfast, though, could’ve used a bit more variety. a pleasant stay!

Great stay with friends! The rooms were clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved the gym. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Had some trouble with parking as one of our cars got scratched overnight. The CCTV wasn't functional, concerning. It would be better if the pool timings fitted better with the sunny hours, as it opens late and closes early, limiting pool access.

Chlorine content in the rooftop infinity pool seemed excessive!!! Pool area lacks shade, leaving it too hot to enjoy!!! Room cleanliness was a problem, with dirty towels and unmaintained bathrooms!!!

The location offers easy access to nearby markets, restaurants, and beaches. The rooftop pool stands out as a highlight but needs better maintenance, as it often appeared unclean. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with issues reported regarding furniture condition and bathroom hygiene. Staff responsiveness was disappointing. There seemed to be little care for urgent matters .

It was just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Candolim with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were helpful when I needed an extra mat for the bathroom for my child. Make sure to check the pool cleanliness before diving in.
